Anthos is a fitness club that specializes in community personal training. During your session, you are assigned to a personal pod that is fully equipped with everything you need for your workout. After being assigned to your pod, you perform an individualized workout unique to your personality, body type, goals, and movement patterns in a dynamic team environment.
Through our inclusive culture and science-based programming, we help you feel confident, sexy, reinvigorated, and pain-free.
Our members have positive attitudes, work hard, and enjoy being in a team environment. If you don't enjoy being part of a community, Anthos probably isn't the place for you.

STEP 2: STRATEGY SESSION
Join us for your strategy session to build the best
plan for your preferences,
goals and body.

STEP 3: TRAINING
After completing the
strategy session and
two community personal training
sessions, officially join the family and achieve your goals.
