An internship at Anthos Training Clubs is an incredible, hands-on opportunity to prepare a personal trainer or sports performance coach to successfully train clientele in any environment. Each intern will have the chance to coach and lead semi-private training sessions, learn the “why” behind exercises and become more familiar with the intricacies of program design.

Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology used in the gym setting
Introduction to the Functional Movement Screen
Basic understanding of the Precision Nutrition coaching philosophies
Mastery of the 7 Pillars of Human Movement
Proper guidance towards attaining the right certifications and continuing education components
Observing and coaching community personal training sessions
A stipend of $2,000
Interns are asked to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the duration of their program.
